Design and Construct
This is the complete architectural package of design, documentation and construction of your house.
Time: Minimum 12 months

The Process.

Development Application Set
The BA Package 1 is for clients who require a set of drawings for ‘development approval’ with their local council. The process involves consultation with you to develop your design brief, and a site visit for an in-depth assessment. An architectural concept design will be developed, which will include plans, sections and elevations - by your registered architect.
If required, we can assist you in the development application.

Building Permit Application Set
The BA Package 2 is for clients who require a full set of construction drawings - that you can take straight to a builder for the ‘building permit’. The process will involve more in-depth consultation, architectural design and highly detailed documentation.
What you will get is a set of ‘For Construction’ drawings; this includes plans, sections, elevations, details, wet area drawings, electrical plans and cabinetry design. Also included is a schedule of materials and finishes.
The architect will take you through the Development Approval process, and collaborate with you to develop a bespoke, detailed design that is ready for construction, and will become your Forever House.

Design and Construct
At Bayside Architecture we offer a full Design and Construct service, which takes clients from design conception to the completion of your Forever House.
Our team of architects, engineers, consultants and experienced builders and tradespeople will coordinate each stage of the process; including the developed design, Development Approval, Building Permit and finally construction.
What you get is a full, fixed price costing prior to the start of construction. Throughout the process we work with our team to maintain the budget and the integrity of the design intent. Our approach is to facilitate a process for the client that is simplistic, organised and a positive, life changing experience.

The Small Stuff is a design and drafting service we offer for the smaller projects. This could include carports, garages, granny flats or small extensions. It also includes larger extensions or house raising that does not require planning approval.
